Summary:

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and committed individual to join our Compliance Team and provide outstanding results every day. This individual will assist in preparing and completing the quarterly access review for IT systems which is part of our SOX controls, as well as other SOX IT related duties.

A day in the life…

  • Understand and apply fundamental concepts of Technology internal control compliance required by SOX
  • Assist with development of process improvements
  • Participate in quarterly access review for internal software and systems
  • Help identify and present ways to automate manual processes
  • Maintain strong relationships with business partners and internal audit team
  • Ensure streamlined and complete control documentation
  • Support month-end close, variance analysis and reconciliations
  • Complete Ad hoc projects and training related to IT controls and accounting
  • Trouble shoot data to ensure quality output
  • Influence changes upstream to improve data quality

You own this if you have…

  • Minimum 1-2 years of related financial or compliance experience
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel (pivot tables, macros, lookups), and Outlook
  • Commitment to customer service and high-quality deliverables
  • Experience in Corporate Retail/E-commerce industry preferred
  • Security and Compliance experience related to IT controls is preferred
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Confluence and project management tools preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance or Business Administration preferred
