Cloudvirga has an incredible opportunity for an analytical, proactive Head of Finance to join forces with our CEO to manage the company’s financial plans and policies. We will count on you to synchronize our operational and financial strategy, ensure effective capital structure, manage the budget and drive our forecasting process, providing the financial foundation we need to achieve our aggressive growth targets. What You’ll Do:

• Support the CEO on all daily and tactical responsibilities relative to achieving scale.
• Keep the CEO and team continually apprised of the company’s financial position relative to plan.
• Support the CEO to manage the company's financial plans/policies, accounting-finance practices, relationships with financial institutions, management of fiscal records, and preparation of reports.
• Maintain accurate financial statements, forecasts, and controls.
• Manage communication through facilitation, meetings, reporting and dashboards.
• Determine, allocate and measure resources (costs, time, people).
• Define and track financial/operational objectives and their outcomes (OKRs).

What You’ll Need:

• 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including a 2+ years managing a team.
• Track record working with a VC-PE backed company in a period of significant growth.
• Software experience is ideal, but not required.
• Metrics driven with experience analyzing markets data/trends to help identify business opportunities.
• Expertise in revenue maximization, strategic planning, and forecasting is essential.
• Experience developing dashboards and key metrics to track the business and inform strategy.
• A simplifier with a desire to innovate and do things differently.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage a heavy workload.
• Outstanding strategic planning skills and the ability to translate complex company objectives into actionable plans.
• EDUCATION: Undergraduate degree is required; MBA is preferred. CPA is not required, but nice to have.
