ABOUT THE JOB:

You will be responsible for execution of financial functions such as controlling, accounting, financial planning & analysis and forecasting, reporting analytics, budgeting and financial statement preparation.  In addition, work closely with business development and sales, product management, legal, operations and human resources to manage company procurement process, contract and agreement negotiations as well as operations project management. This role will execute on day to day transactions as well as set up process to scale with Aparavi’s hyper growth.  Seize the opportunity to catapult your career to senior leader role in the coming years.  

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

50% - Financial Administration

• Leverage technology to identify and execute process improvements and systems implementations (finance & SaaS operations)
• Administer, scale & automate the AR/AP processes as we expand globally
• Financial modeling and analyzing growing data sets (including automating sales data, pipeline & forecasts)
• Manage financial statements, treasury activities, expense recon and business finance review cadence
• Execute departmental budget process       

50% - Project Management

• Project manage all procurement and operations initiatives to support our growing Headquarter offices based in Santa Monica
• Lead the creation of executive summary, total cost of ownership for opex and capex expenditures and recommendations to deliver the project
• Contribute to company culture of innovation and delivering industry-disrupting solutions   

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Must have a startup mentality with the ability to wear multiple hats  Ability to take a task from 0 to 100 without a lot of direction
• 3-5 experience in big 4 accounting,  management consulting or similar
• BS degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA certification
• Mid-level financial management experience
• Analytical mindset (read the story behind the numbers)
• Technologically savvy and experience with pricing models, automating sales data, forecasting models
• Familiarity with SaaS business model a plus
• Positive attitude, with a proven track record of success
• Strong work ethic with a high level of integrity
• Unrelenting attention to detail and hate making mistakes
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
