As Finance Director, you'll be the strategic partner to the International & Esports teams at Riot Games. League of Legends is the most popular PC Game and Esport in the world. As the senior Finance leader on the team your business acumen and financial wizardry will help Riot leadership sustain League of Legends success for generations.

You are:

• Educated: you've earned a bachelor's degree; MBA highly preferred
• Experienced: you have at least ten years experience as a finance and strategy leader, or eight years with an MBA.
• Knowledgeable: you understand the Gaming and Esports industry; you’re familiar with the ins and outs of publishing and marketing video games to a global audience.
• A forward thinker: You can provide insight, recommendations, and support as a trusted thought partner to our product leaders
• A financial spelunker: you'll scour the surface and delve to the depths, searching far and wide for the best deal; you're inconceivably passionate about making smart financial decisions
• A human calculator: you probably haven't tried, but you're confident you'd give Deep Blue a headache at the chess table; your mathletics are as solid as an old TI-83, but you can download updates on the fly to tailor financial assessments to your team's rapidly-changing needs
• Positively collaborative: you don't just play well with others, you enjoy brainstorming with team members, especially when you need perspective on something outside your area of expertise
• Passionate about gaming and sports: you don't consider playing video games and following sports as a hobby, but as a lifestyle

You will:

• Collaborate closely with regional MDs and Esports leadership to build a long term strategy for the business.
• Evaluate global Publishing strategies and advise local country leadership on strategic initiatives
• Manage and monitor the business health of Esports leagues around the world and develop strategies to grow the ecosystem
• Evaluate new business opportunities and support business development efforts around the world
• Develop strategic financial analysis on specific deals and key business decisions
• Drive alignment between central and international teams on strategic, operational and financial priorities
• Monitor P&L, compare forecasts to actuals and analyze discretionary spending to identify efficiency opportunities
• Act as an info conduit, serving as a centralized financial knowledge repository for each of your teams
• Manage, mentor and support career growth for a high performing team of direct reports
