FINANCE ASSOCIATE

MomentFeed is rapidly growing and we need a Finance Associate who is smart, driven and can get stuff done under pressure. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented and maintains good judgement and poise under pressure. MomentFeed has a fast-paced environment so we’re looking for a professional candidate that can keep up with our positive changes and expansions.

YOU WILL:

• Review and approve employee expense reports
• Process check deposits through our remote banking system
• Learn and utilize our accounting system: Intacct
• Organize and record accounts payable and general accounting transactions
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
• Respond to client communications involving invoices
• Learn our Salesforce environment to review and draft internal contracts
• Review external agreements and NDAs
• Manage vendors relationships and assist with procurement
• Maintain equipment inventory and fulfill requests

YOU MUST HAVE:

• BA/BS degree
• Previous experience working in an accounting/finance department, preferably in a startup environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on large-scale projects while simultaneously tending to often minute details and tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to maintain and execute against a comprehensive schedule of needs and priorities
