Laserfiche is seeking an entry-level accountant for our headquarters office located in Long Beach,CA. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional with a drive to get things done. The accountant will be responsible for the management of the full accounting cycle and work closely with the accounting manager.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage full accounting cycle of company accounts, general ledger maintenance and journal entries preparation
• Prepare monthly balance sheet for account settlements
• Maintain and update payroll benefits record

What You’ll Need:

• 1+ years of accounting and bookkeeping experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Excellent communication skills 
• Strong accounting, analytic and problem solving skills
• Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgement and discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
• QuickBooks and Navision knowledge is a plus
