As the Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll help ensure GoGuardian’s go-to-market success by supporting sales teams' efficiencies. This position is a hybrid of jobs in sales analytics/insights, sales/marketing operations, strategic planning, sales forecasting and success in this role will require you to possess a balance of thoughtful analysis, executive-ready presentations, operational support, and thought partnership to leadership

 

We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about GoGuardian’s products and impact.

What You'll Do

  • Drive process effectiveness within the Sales organization and to execute against GoGuardian’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Design, implement, and manage forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the revenue organization
  • In collaboration with senior leadership, design and administer the commercial incentive compensation programs that provide market-competitive pay, reinforce sales organization strategy, and align with business and commercial objectives.
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts and revenue operations specialists
  • Equip sales teams with metrics and insights to win: deliver data and analytics that improve productivity, pipeline management and conversion rates, with focus on optimization of high volume sales motions for incremental results.
  • Live and breathe acquisition: Track acquisition performance, risk to target, and pockets of opportunity across multiple lines of business and in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of marketing and sales process and functions and the technologies it touches
  • Support the building, maintenance, and monitoring of KPIs and metrics to measure the health and success of our Revenue business
  • Establish strong relationships and processes with teams in the Revenue organization (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations) as well as Revenue partners (IT, Finance, HR, Product, etc.)
  • Perform ad-hoc and in-depth analyses and translate them into insights which can be interpreted and actioned by business executives and stakeholders including Board members
  • Learn, align, and provide thought leadership on best-in-class practices in Sales/Marketing operations, key performance metrics, processes, and systems
  • Sales capacity planning and territory design

Who You Are

  • 7+ years experience in a SaaS Revenue Operations Leadership Role
  • Salesforce administrator or developer certifications
  • Scale experience -- have helped previous orgs grow in fast moving environments
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Powerful analytical skills, and passion for creating structure, automation, and efficiency
  • Strong background with Salesforce, Excel, data analytics, and sales & marketing software
  • Self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Team-oriented collaborator and personable; strong ability to inspire direct and cross functional teams
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, creative, enthusiastic, proactive, gritty
  • Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering to have an impact
