Responsibilities:
- Supports all key aspects of general accounting management which includes but is not limited to:
- Oversight of the month-end close process
- Review of internal financial statements
- Complex Balance Sheet reconciliation review and complex journal entry review and oversight
- Management and oversight of internal controls and potential related SOX testing
- Management and coordination of the annual audit process and interim audit review work
- Review and compilation of month-end reporting package and ad hoc reporting as requested for internal and external requests
- Oversees the following functions: General Ledger, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and treasury
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Active CPA license (CA)
- REQUIRED: Big 4 Public accounting audit experience.
- 7+ Years relevant experience required with Controllership experience at a publicly traded company
- Sage ERP experience is a plus
- Strong Excel skills required
