Position Overview

The InvestCloud team is in search of a “Client Focused” Back Office Support Analyst. As part of our Support Team, this role is responsible for supporting InvestCloud’s suite of financial applications while servicing clients needs and requirements with a sense of urgency.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of delivering data management solutions, with a strong preference in financial technology. In addition to very strong analytical and organizational skills, the ideal candidate will have a genuine willingness to learn and ability to quickly master new skills.

Licensing is not required for this role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis on Clients’ data environment

• Deliver agreed-upon services within committed timeframes; while managing scope and change rigorously

• Develop detailed documentation of the work completed to train Client users as necessary

• Effectively communicate ideas and work completed

• Involves daily balancing of accounts with financial custodians in a time sensitive environment in order to meet inflexible deadlines during early morning hours.

• Research and resolution of complex client inquiries via various communication channels

• Adhere to all corporate and industry protocols and procedures

• Participate in projects to improve processes and enhance the client experience

• Perform duties with confidence, minimal supervision, and sound judgment

• Assume ownership of responsibilities

What We Look For

• 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis

• Financial Services, FinTech, or industry experience preferred

• Experience with Portfolio Management software (Advent, Orion, MorningStar, Eagle, PortfolioCenter, etc) experience a strong plus

• Knowledge of data querying and data relationship concepts; ability to execute basic SQL-like queries

• Experience with data migration

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Outstanding background in data manipulation and data formatting

• Communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience
