EZ Texting is looking for an experienced Billing Manager to join the team! The EZ Texting Billing Manager is responsible for all aspects of billing, collections and customer resolutions within the company for all of our brands. This position is integral to the growth and building of our organization and requires a versatile, self-directed and hands-on professional.

Essential Functions:

•  Oversee all aspects of billing functions including generation of client invoices, customer credit applications, cash receipts, chargeback supervision, and customer billing tickets
•  Establish relationships with key customers, following-up daily by phone and email on active accounts and past-due balances
•  Provide support to the Sales and Operations teams
•  Generate invoices from usage reports that are accurate, complete and timely and distributing delinquency notices
•  Participate in team planning meetings
•  Meet defined department goals and activity metrics
•  Keep daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of database reports
•  Perform related duties as assigned

Required Experience:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
•  3-5 years of billing, receivables and collections experience
•  Master of QuickBooks
•  Technology/software industry experience preferred 
•  ERP Implementation experience preferred
