Ring is looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly customer A/R statements
- Accessing customer portals for deduction disputes
- Process credit memos for returns and match inbound returns for B2B accounts
- Make collection calls and correspondence to customers
- Review shipment reports and obtain POD’s, BOLS, Packing slips
- Upload documents into the ERP System.
- Manual invoice entry
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- 1+ years of experience with MS-Excel, Word, Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of EDI and Order processing
- Ability to work independently, self-starter and a team player
- Experience with NetSuite Accounting
- Consumer subscriptions, Inventory knowledge preferred
