Responsibilities

TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo. 1. Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of settlement and accounting; 2. Review and approve sales contracts, especially financial terms, in a timely manner; 3. Assist in monthly billing process by ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to customers; 4. Responsible for collection of assigned outstanding invoices; 5. Prepare Accounts receivable aging report and provide account reconciliations as needed; 6. Apply cash receipts and investigate unapplied cash receipts; 7. Partner with corporate engineering teams to optimize accounting/business systems and implement new processes for new products; 8. Work collaboratively with sales operations, legal and sales to drive best practices in OTC (order to cash) procedure; 9. Perform other ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance or accounting (CPA track preferred); 2. 3-5 years overall experience in accounting related role, preferably with experience in accounting softwares such as Oracle, SAP etc. at a technology or Internet company; 3. Familiar with the local commercial market environment and customer habits in North America, preferably with experience in AR activities; 4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical accounting requirements to a non-technical audience; 5. High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality; 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; 7. Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
