We are currently in need for an Accounts Receivable Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and owning our full cycle accounts receivable processes. This also includes providing additional support to other department managers and the Controller.

We're looking for a well-organized and accountable team player who operates with efficiency, accuracy, urgency, and discipline.

Key responsibilities include –

• Analyze and process customer payments on a daily basis.
• Deliver customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Generate, analyze, and send out AR Statements on a bi-weekly basis.
• Communicate with customers regarding invoice related questions and work with Account Management to close out disputes.
• Provide support in tracking and analyzing customer write-offs.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders for implementing and improving processes to support company growth.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc reporting as assigned.

Need-to-Haves

• 1-2 years of professional accounts receivable experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment - we are a rapidly growing company which guarantees change
• Ability to provide a positive customer service experience
• Eligibility to work in the US
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Word)

Nice-to-Have:

• Previous professional experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics oriented fields
• Experience with QuickBooks Online
