The opportunity:

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who will work closely with the Accounts Payable Team and will be responsible for executing various AP duties as well as identify and implement process improvements. 

What you’ll do:

  • Process invoices from vendors and employee expense reports
  • Match invoices and purchase orders
  • Prepare month end reconciliations
  • Investigate inquiries and respond to vendors and employees
  • Support Accounting process with data entry and ad hoc requests
  • Identify opportunities of improvement within the current processes
  • Copying, scanning and filing documents/reports
  • Assisting with year-end duties including the processing of 1099 information for applicable vendors
  • Expense coding of credit card activity
  • Performing various vendor analysis and reconciliations and other ad-hoc projects as requested by Clutter’s accounting and finance team

  • Experience with large ERP systems (NetSuite, Concur & Stampli is a plus)
  • Experience with process improvements
  • Experience with automated workflows
  • Proficiency in Excel/Word /MS Office
  • 2+ years experience
