Job Description

The Accounts Payable Coordinator supports the accounting operations, primarily relating to accounts payable and provides general office support.

What You'll Do

• Enter vendor invoices into Coupa. Ensure appropriate account, department and job are included
• Convert Purchase Orders into Invoices, applying freight and tax as necessary. Ensure the appropriate documentation is attached and account, department and jobs are included.
• Follow up when items are received but an AP invoice remains outstanding.
• Ensure credit card transactions are entered timely into Quickbooks
• Coordinates with Purchasing department regarding new vendor setup & maintenance in Coupa
• Audit expense reports for accuracy and adherence to spending guidelines.
• Keep filing systems neat and organized
• Assist with year-end preparation of 1099 Forms
• Assist in other accounting and general office duties as requested.

Minimum Education Required for the Position: High School Diploma

What You Bring

• 2-5 years Accounts Payable experience preferred
• High School Diploma or higher preferred
• Problem solving
• Customer service
• Documentation skills
• Detail oriented
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
• Interpersonal communication
• QuickBooks and Coupa experience preferred.
• Experience with Mac and G Suite (Google) a plus
