PaymentCloud is looking for an Accounting Associate to join our team. You will be under the direct supervision of the Director of Finance. In this role you will be involved in the full cycle of accounting duties for the company. To ensure success, you should have significant knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting systems, and a good eye for detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties, including correctly verifying and classifying financial data from various sources
• Payroll entry
• Accounts Receivable; create invoices, record customer payments
• Maintain relevant files, receipts
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or previous experience
• Highly proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
