Job Overview:
This role sits within the Finance team and involves execution of digital transformation, AI and M&A integration support initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support strategy, analysis, and roadmap of solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify, scope, and deliver AI and automation proof‑of‑concepts, focused on practical use cases for the Finance organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide support for digital projects.
- Contribute ideas and insights aimed at driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Help develop documentation to facilitate the adoption of new digital solutions.
- Assist worldwide Finance and business teams with completion of tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break down problems and help translate business needs into practical solutions or prototypes.
- Interest in applied AI, with some hands‑on experience building or experimenting with AI agents or AI‑enabled automations/workflows.
- Exposure to process documentation and data analysis with attention to detail and the ability to align inputs and support decision‑making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) and willingness to learn new software applications.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Finance and cross‑functional teams.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Able to commit to a minimum 12‑week internship (May–August) and relocate to the Bay Area, California, for the duration of the program.
