This is a remote position.

We are a growing personal injury consulting company looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to expand our network of attorneys and funded cases. This role is ideal for someone who understands the personal injury space or wants to break into it, and is motivated by both stability and high earning potential. You’ll work directly with personal injury law firms, helping their clients access pre-settlement funding while building long-term partnerships that generate consistent revenue.


What You’ll Do

Develop and manage relationships with personal injury attorneys and case managers Present and explain pre-settlement funding solutions

Build and maintain a pipeline of new business Follow up on cases and move opportunities through the funding process

Become a go-to resource for firms handling injury cases


Compensation & Benefits

Base salary (competitive, based on experience)

Uncapped commission on every funded deal

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience required (legal, medical, or financial services strongly preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a high level of accountability

Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Experience with personal injury cases or law firms is a major plus

Stable base + high commission upside
