Industrial Color is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team, supporting a global beauty client.

This role combines financial planning, budget management, performance analysis and business partnership, working closely with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to support commercial decisions and maintain strong financial discipline.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded and comfortable balancing recurring financial responsibilities with fast-moving business priorities. Experience within beauty, consumer products, retail, marketing or creative/production environments is highly desirable.


RequirementsFinancial Planning, Budget Control & Performance Management
  • Monitor budget performance, analyze variances and provide actionable financial insights.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and maintain strong financial controls.
  • Own recurring planning cycles and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Improve financial planning, reporting and operational processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined budget and resource allocation.
  • Support internal controls, audits and corporate governance requirements.
  • Maintain appropriate financial documentation and support timely resolution of audit findings.
Business Partnership & Decision Support
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams.
  • Develop financial analyses and business cases for investments, product launches, marketing initiatives and cost-efficiency opportunities.
  • Translate financial data into clear recommendations for business leaders.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and proactively recommend action.
  • Support budgeting and financial oversight of marketing, creative and production-related initiatives as required.
Strategic Projects & Process Improvement
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve.
  • Build financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or another quantitative discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Management Consulting or a related finance function.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using AI-enabled productivity tools to improve efficiency, automate routine tasks and enhance analysis.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for business partners.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving unstructured business problems.
Preferred
  • Experience within beauty, cosmetics, consumer products, retail or other brand-led businesses.
  • Experience partnering directly with Marketing, Creative, Production or Product Development teams.
  • Understanding of marketing budgets, product launches, creative/production spend and resource planning.
  • Experience working within a complex, matrixed or global organization.
  • MBA and/or CPA is a plus.

They will bring strong analytical judgment, communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, and be equally comfortable managing day-to-day financial operations and supporting strategic initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and gain broad exposure across financial planning, marketing, budget management, internal controls and strategic finance within a major global consumer brand.


Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.

This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to work in-office and remotely. Evening or weekend work may occasionally be required during major projects.
