Prerequisites

• Two years minimum full-time F&I Experience
• E-Contract Experience is a MUST
• Must be coachable and able to adapt to store culture from day one.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.
• Previous Porsche experience is a plus.
• Must have the ability to maintain a high PVR and above average VSA, GAP, T&W & PPM penetration numbers.
• Must have previously sold cars before being promoted to F&I. Closer experience preferable but not necessary.
• Effective at maintaining a 1 to 3 day C.I.T. Deadline.
• Organizational skills are necessary along with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Looking for a driven mindset that brings solutions.

 

F&I Role
• Ability to operate in a high paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to consistently maintain a 50%+ VSA & GAP penetration numbers.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently prepare and present F&I Menus.
• Ability to assist the Sales Department in closing deals on the sales floor as needed.
• Ability to run F&I Product training meetings for sales staff.
• Dealertrack.
• Must be able to operate and execute while observing all Red Flag and Compliance Rules.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of Reynolds and DMV Desk software is preferable.
• Open to continuous on-site and off-site training and mentoring.
• Must be team-focused. Teamwork is at the core of our success.
• Must have the mindset and ability to work with all customers, finance institutions, as well as cash deals.
At times will need to be able to help Sales Managers with desk deals, handle F&I lobby traffic, and take phone calls.
