New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors

What's on the menu?
- Assists with North America zone strategy development, including BGS analysis and portfolio allocation optimization
- Drive innovation ROI and financial performance tracking across renovation and productivity initiatives
- Partner with Commercial and R&D PMO to accelerate innovation processes and enhance financial visibility
- Collaborate with Disruption innovation pods to advance new product development and pipeline tracking
- Deliver monthly innovation financial forecasts with detailed variance analysis against PLE and AOP
- Develop and manage KPI tracking systems for PMR meetings, focusing on 'Must-Win' metrics
- Establish standardized forecasting protocols and portfolio thresholds to ensure balanced investment across initiatives
- Own innovation/renovation/productivity zone LEs in partnership with R&D finance
- Create benchmarking systems for innovation launch costs in collaboration with Global teams
- Build consensus across Finance, Business Excellence, and Operations to deliver Share, Gross Margin, ZBB, and Marketing Resource Allocation objectives
- Lead financial innovation process within Annual Business Cycle
- Drive efficiency improvements through strategic project management and process automation
- Manage ad hoc projects as needed, to remove bureaucracy, gain efficiencies and drive insights

- BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relatable fields
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting, FP&A, Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or similar experience required
- Experience using Microsoft products (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint), SAP suites (e.g., BOI, BI, BEX), Tableau
- Influential with excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving ability
- Communicates well and strives to build cross-functional relationships with Senior Leadership as well as within peer group
- Independent learner and team player with a sense of urgency that works well under pressure
- Positive attitude, open to change and evolving responsibilities
