We are seeking a results-driven Finance Transformation Manager to lead workstreams and oversee day-to-day execution on finance transformation projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on problem solver with experience improving finance processes, enabling technology, and supporting change. The Manager will work closely with senior leaders and clients to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure high-quality delivery across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage project workstreams related to finance strategy, process improvement, or digital enablement across different Finance areas.
· Conduct current-state assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and help design future-state operating models for finance organizations.
· Support implementation of enabling technologies including ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday), EPM platforms, automation tools, and analytics dashboards.
· Coordinate day-to-day client activities, project planning, issue resolution, and status reporting.
· Lead the development of key deliverables, including recommendations, roadmaps, and value cases.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrated transformation programs.
· Mentor analysts and associates, providing guidance, feedback, and technical knowledge development.
· Assist in business development efforts, such as contributing to proposals, client workshops, and internal capability building.
What We’re Looking For:
· Six plus years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation—ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
· Strong understanding of finance processes and operations (e.g., planning, close, reporting, payables, receivables).
· Exposure to digital finance tools such as ERP systems, automation platforms (e.g., RPA), or data visualization software.
· Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; CPA, CFA, or PMP is a plus.
