HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Coordinate and submit financial results into Takeda reporting systems.
- Support general accounting and financial closing processes.
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate data for management reporting.
- Coordinate monthly financial reporting for GMS global function heads & leads.
- Update and provide insights on the monthly KPI dashboard measuring operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance reporting processes.
- Lead planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and mid-range planning.
- Provide financial expertise to GMS global function heads & leads for cost estimation.
- Actively support team members of corporate functions to achieve financial targets
- Business partnering with the management team and other parts of the business to develop and implement action plans to drive performance and productivity & project support.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and implement best practices globally.
WHAT YOU BRING TO TAKEDA
- Education in finance, accounting, or controlling, with +8 years of experience in finance roles.
- Expertise in financial reporting, analysis methodologies, and data management.
- Proficiency in SAP, BI, HFM, TM1, and Oracle preferred.
- Highly analytical mindset to understand the big picture and drive action-oriented results.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in uncertain situations.
- Strong communication skills to engage with and challenge senior managers.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver key objectives.
- Regular interaction with GMS Global Functions leads and GMSGQ finance teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills to drive innovation and process improvements.
- Ability to manage complexity within a diverse manufacturing network and multiple business systems.
- Fluent English
