Position Purpose: Compile and analyze financial information for the company.

  • Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
  • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately
  • Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management
  • Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Accounting or Finance degrees strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of financial or data analysis experience.
  • Intermediate to advance proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas) strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare insurance industry strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience with financial planning and analysis tools such as OneStream or Hyperion Essbase preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Pay Range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
