We are seeking a Finance Administrator Data Entry to handle vendor bill processing across our four global entities. This role will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and accurately entering bills into Commonsku and QuickBooks Online in USD, CAD, EUR, and GBP. Ensuring timely and precise data entry, this position supports our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and accounts payable operations. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of data are essential for success in this role.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work-from-Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, review, and accurately enter vendor bills into Commonsku and QuickBooks Online across multiple entities.
- Ensure correct currency application for invoices in USD, CAD, EUR, and GBP.
- Verify bill details, including amounts, vendor information, and appropriate account coding.
- Maintain timely data entry to support accurate financial reporting and accounts payable processing
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Assist in reconciling accounts payable records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Follow company policies and procedures for financial transactions and data management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, accounts payable, or finance administration.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; experience with Commonsku is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage high-volume data entry independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience Level Annual Salary Range Hourly Rate Equivalent
Entry-Level $35,000 – $42,000 $17 – $20
