Reports to: Visual Merchandising Manager, NA Retail, HOKA

Location: United States (Remote)

The Role

As the Field Visual Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the HOKA brand to life through compelling visual displays and product presentations across a wide range of retail environments. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders—including the Visual Merchandising Manager, Visual Project Manager, Retail Regional and District Managers, and store teams—you will ensure that product displays consistently meet high standards, engaging customers and driving sales within the North American market.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the strategic execution of visual initiatives in stores, ensuring that project objectives are successfully achieved. You will serve as a communication bridge between stores, manage day-to-day operational tasks, and guarantee that project milestones are met on schedule. Your dedication to excellence will be demonstrated by your focused efforts on the HOKA brand, ensuring each location receives the tailored attention needed to create a powerful visual presence and contribute to the brand’s market success.

Your Impact

  • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across all HOKA stores in North America, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including store managers, to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that reflect brand standards and drive customer engagement.
  • Maintain open communication with store managers to ensure timely completion of visual and product presentations. Address any issues promptly, ensuring all displays adhere to brand and visual standards.
  • Conduct routine store visual assessments to evaluate presentation practices and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring consistency across all locations.
  • Partner with store managers to refine store layouts, creating optimal product presentations that elevate the customer experience to best-in-class standards.
  • Collect and organize execution photos and store feedback, presenting this information in a professional format to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Facilitate the successful launch of new stores and pop-up locations, ensuring that visual merchandising aligns with brand expectations and enhances customer experience.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive visual database, documenting stores, displays, and seasonal executions to ensure consistent implementation and easy access for all stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, executing marketing campaigns and visual strategies.
  • Strong creative skills with a discerning eye for design and customer experience enhancement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with Adobe and SketchUp.
  • Exceptional communication skills, influencing internal and external teams.
  • Proven ability to work independently and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Deep knowledge of visual merchandising best practices, aligning with brand vision and marketing objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and address issues swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with regional managers, district managers, store associates, and visual merchandising teams.
  • Travel required: 30%

$80,000 - $90,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
