Job Description

The Technical Support Manager will oversee the technical operations and field service activities for our Commercial Aquatics products. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage onsite product application & training on Solenis commercial aquatics products. 

You will:

  • Provide technical training and support to field technicians to ensure high-quality work.

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for CCH and Pulsar product lines including feeders and controls.

  • Conduct installation consultations and diagnose issues impacting product performance, even if not directly related to company products (e.g., equipment, chemistry, site practices, controllers).

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, project progress, and inventory.

Qualifications

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial aquatics industry or a similar field.

  • You have an in-depth knowledge of commercial aquatic systems, including water chemistry, filtration, and circulation systems.

  • You have experience performing site evaluations and recommending appropriate equipment. Scale and size equipment according to chemical consumption needs. Understand pool systems, including filters and recirculation.

  • You understand how pool chemicals work and interact with other chemicals.

  • You have experience training and mentoring field technicians on technical procedures, equipment installations and safety protocols. Deliver in-person technical training for value-added resellers & dealers

This role is remote with high travel, you will need to live local to an airport and ideally be located in NV, AZ, or UT. The travel will cover the entire Western part of the United States.
