Your Mission

You will lead and develop a team of around 5-7 Field Sales Repre Representatives in a defined geographic area, working closely with the Head of Field Sales to exceed our ambitious growth targets.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire, and coach your sales team to maximize their potential and performance.

  • Set clear goals, track key metrics, and provide actionable, constructive feedback.

  • Drive the sales strategy and results within your region, ensuring consistent execution.

  • Present and promote Teya’s solutions to prospective and existing customers using innovative approaches.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth sales and customer experience.

  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members to fuel Teya’s growth.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and empowerment within your team.

Your Profile
  • Experience in a sales leadership role, managing field sales teams.

  • Proven success in coaching and developing sales professionals.

  • Analytical, data-driven, and emotionally intelligent, with a natural ability to motivate others.

  • Skilled communicator and negotiator, confident in providing feedback and managing performance.

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset — you take ownership and make things happen.

  • Curious about new technologies and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle (company car may be available in the future).

  • Fluent in Spanish with Business Professional English, Valencian and/or Catalan would be a plus.
