About the Role:

We're seeking a Field Partner Programs Readiness Manager to drive our partner training and enablement initiatives. You'll manage training programs, coordinate events, and serve as a key liaison for our Alliance teams and Solution Architects. This role combines program administration with stakeholder engagement to deliver exceptional partner experiences and drive successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage theater training credits and vouchers, including reporting, utilization tracking, and ROI analysis

  • Monitor and provide insights on voucher/credit utilization to regional leaders, following up with Alliance managers on inactive partners

  • Oversee CrowdConnect partner training events, including coordination with Partner Marketing

  • Manage partner training event schedules and tracking alongside regional marketing teams

  • Own LMS (Docebo) non-self enrollment schedule for instructor-led courses, including logistics, setup, and reporting

  • Administer and analyze theater-level post-event survey responses

  • Lead Alliance field enablement covering programs, policies, processes, incentives, and tools (deal registration, partner portal, Crossbeam, etc.)

  • Host monthly updates and provide ongoing field Alliance support

  • Deliver new hire training on programs and processes (onboarding, sourcing, tagging, etc.)

  • Support field operations team with change management

  • Deliver regular partner experience updates to theater Alliances and Solution Architects on Readiness Programs & Initiatives, Incentives, Accelerate Tracks, and Operations

  • Serve as first point of contact for theater Alliances and Solution Architects, supporting requests and escalations related to Partner Program Readiness, Initiatives, and LMS

  • Collaborate with theater leadership on LMS training event requirements

  • Champion LMS implementation, managing instructor-led course scheduling and providing tool guidance to field teams

  • Own new hire training documentation and orientation, including program overview, processes, and organizational structure

What You’ll Need:

  • 4+ years experience in Partner/Channel Operations or Partner readiness/programs

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams

  • Self-motivated with high attention to detail and process orientation

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills

  • Proven expertise in LMS management

  • Proficiency in business applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce (Tableau preferred)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity and change

  • Curious mindset with commitment to improving partner and internal team experiences

  • Demonstrated capability in task optimization and prioritization

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $145,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
