We are seeking an experienced and driven Field Marketing Manager, Central Domain to join our Strategic Marketing team. This role reports directly into the Director, Field Marketing and Regional Demand Generation.
In this role, you will own marketing execution for assigned states, collaborating closely with Sales and other marketing business units to build and deliver high-impact, localized programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate adoption, and expand Lexia’s presence across K–12 districts.
Job Responsibilities:Drive Local Engagement: Align regional marketing initiatives to state strategies and revenue goals, leading timely and high-impact programs such as License to Hunt, Funding, and Adoption to accelerate awareness and opportunity creation.
Develop Regional Marketing Plans: Build and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategies tailored to priority states, leveraging data and insights to inform priorities.
Execute Local Programs: Plan and deliver integrated field marketing programs that include:
Local and state-level conferences, summits, and forums
Regional and state association sponsorships
In-person and virtual field events
Time-sensitive local campaigns and promotions
Regionalized email and social media campaigns
Build Regional Awareness: Identify and execute opportunistic and timely regional campaigns through traditional and digital channels to strengthen portfolio awareness and generate leads.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with key go-to-market departments including but not limited to: field sales, product marketing, content marketing, and sales leadership to ensure content and messaging are relevant, impactful, and aligned to local market needs.
Optimize and Report: Measure the effectiveness of programs, analyze campaign performance, and report on marketing’s contribution to pipeline creation, lead quality, and ROI.
Budget and Vendor Management: Help manage regional marketing budgets as it relates to sponsorship and associations, local events (both sponsored and owned); and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Customer-Centric Focus: Maintain a deep understanding of the K–12 education market and customer needs, adapting strategies to local contexts, continually deepen understanding of state specific persona specific needs and pain points.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; advanced degree a plus
7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in field marketing roles
Proven ability to develop and execute regional or state-level marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results
Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across various marketing and sales teams
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience in education technology, publishing, or software marketing (K–12 preferred)
Skilled in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms for campaign execution and performance tracking
Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept at tailoring messaging to different audiences and regions
Experience with integrated campaign planning and execution
Occasional travel (10%) to regional events and meetings
Customer-Focused: Proactively identifies and meets the needs of internal and external stakeholders
Innovative and Agile: Champions new ideas and adapts quickly to changing market conditions
Self-Starter: Operates independently, takes initiative, and drives projects forward with minimal supervision
Collaborative Partner: Builds trusted relationships across teams to align strategies and achieve shared goals
