Job Description

Daxko is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team and help bring our brand to life in the markets we serve. In this role, you’ll own on-the-ground sales enablement, oversee high-impact local and regional events, and lead vibrant user group initiatives within the fitness industry.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our sales team, channel partners, and cross-functional marketing groups to execute programs that drive pipeline, brand awareness, and community engagement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and execute field marketing strategies that elevate our market presence and support sales objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver standout local, regional, and national events — from sponsored fitness industry conferences to intimate user groups and hospitality gatherings.
  • Drive local lead-generation efforts, including grassroots outreach, partnership engagement, and community-level marketing activities.
  • Own the execution of both in-person and virtual field events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional attendee experiences.
  • Partner closely with sales, demand marketing, and other internal teams to ensure field initiatives align with broader campaign goals.
  • Monitor market trends and event performance, turning insights into strategy optimizations.
  • Lead campaign planning and reporting, sharing performance updates with the VP of Demand Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage field marketing budgets with accountability for ROI and strategic allocation.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure cohesive, integrated marketing programs.
  • Travel up to 50% to support event execution and field initiatives.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Proven experience executing successful field events and grassroots marketing programs.
  • Strong campaign planning, execution, and analytics skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying closely connected to cross-functional teams.
  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple projects at once.

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in field marketing, ideally supporting a B2B SaaS organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in or strong familiarity with the fitness or hospitality industry.
  • 4+ years of field marketing experience within the B2B SaaS space.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when needed.

Additional Information

The the pay range for this role is $62,000 - $82,000 annually.. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
