The Role:  

Comply is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to build and execute a dynamic field and event marketing strategy that drives pipeline and brand awareness across key markets. This role will balance high-impact, in-person events with engaging virtual experiences to connect with senior-level audiences and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with strong project management skills, proven event execution experience, and the confidence to collaborate across teams and engage with executive stakeholders. This is an opportunity to establish and scale a core marketing function at a fast-growing, innovative company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute Comply’s field marketing strategy across major business and financial hubs, including NYC, San Francisco, and Boston, to drive awareness and pipeline growth. 
  • Plan and manage executive-level events such as prospect dinners, roundtables, happy hours, and partner activations that align with GTM and revenue priorities.  
  • Lead Comply’s participation in industry conferences and trade shows by managing sponsorships, booths, speaking opportunities, and all related logistics; with approximately 50% travel required. 
  • Own a robust calendar of webinars and virtual experiences to engage prospects and nurture leads through the funnel. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Generation, Product, and Brand teams to ensure event programs directly support business objectives. 
  • Develop scalable event playbooks to ensure consistency and operational excellence as the company and marketing function grow. 
  • Produce 1-3 marketing webinars per month in Goldcast 
  • Plan and manage Comply’s annual client conference Comply Connect 
  • Manage Comply’s attendance at 10-30 partner events or tradeshows throughout the year 
  • Analyze and report on event performance metrics, including ROI, pipeline influence, and attendee engagement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. 
  • Manage annual events budget

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in field marketing, event strategy, or demand generation (B2B SaaS, FinTech, or financial services industries preferred). 
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing both in-person executive events and scalable virtual programs that deliver measurable business impact. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Sales and Executive Leadership to connect marketing initiatives to revenue outcomes. 
  • Polished professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging senior-level stakeholders. 
  • Experience using marketing automation, CRM, and event platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Goldcast). 
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making. 
  • Preferred: Background in financial services, consulting, or legal tech.
