Field Marketing Manager Summary:

Delinea is seeking a highly effective Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and events that drive sales objectives and build long-term customer and prospect relationships. This driven and collaborative professional will support our global calendar of third-party and internal events, enhancing Delinea’s brand awareness, fostering lead engagements, and creating new sales opportunities.

Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing and Events, the ideal candidate will have experience in event management and marketing promotions. Responsibilities include developing, managing, and executing global tradeshows, executive meeting suites, and VIP events to drive leads and pipeline for Sales.

The right candidate will ensure the success of each event from start to finish. This remote position requires travel.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage our global events calendar to enhance Delinea’s brand, foster leads, and create sales opportunities.

  • Execute and support multiple events in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Manage registration, housing, and agenda for various event types, including large-scale conferences and exclusive experiences.

  • Write and edit event email campaigns with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Develop content and registration forms for event landing pages.

  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to develop event marketing strategy/campaigns.

  • Monitor financial and legal processes to update event budgets and contracts.

  • Source and manage vendor relationships, production schedules, and logistics.

  • Evaluate and report on event performance and ROI.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and, Customer Success to optimize workflows.

  • Own, manage or assist with channel field events as necessary.

  • Develop and execute field marketing programs aligned to ABM strategy, driving engagement and pipeline from target accounts through personalized, data-driven campaigns and events.

  • Conceptualize and execute unique, experiential field events that break the mold—blending creativity, brand storytelling, and audience engagement to deliver memorable, high-impact experiences for key accounts.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years in field marketing or event marketing, preferably for a B2B SaaS enterprise software company in cybersecurity.

  • Experience in full cycle event planning and management, as well as event promotions.

  • Strong sense of urgency and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to collaborate and develop positive relationships cross-functionally.

  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills and poise under pressure.

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills as well as a professional demeanor.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, HubSpot, Asana, Salesforce, and 6sense.

  • Are curious, hands-on, and passionate about learning new things!

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Travel required, up to 15%.
