Your role at Dynatrace
We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to support our Italian market, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives that deliver results and grow our presence in Italy.
The ideal candidate will have a results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships with sales and translate business needs into marketing programs that grow pipeline and revenue. You will work hand in hand with regional leadership on campaign ideation, strategizing, planning and execution.
You will champion the activation of global demand generation programs within the local region to uncover new pockets of interest within target accounts, and you'll have a deep knowledge of measurement and analytics, understanding how activity and performance are measured and reported, and how to generate plans based on the regional and global KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with sales: Work with Regional VP, Regional Directors (RDs) and Account Executives (AEs) to identify new buying opportunities (new logo, customer retention and expansion), segment effectively and build programs that contribute to pipeline and revenue goals, increase customer engagement and support high-priority accounts.
  • Program build and execution: Design and manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns aimed at Italian customers - on time and within budget.
  • Define campaigns target audience, preferences, needs, and challenges. Identify appropriate mix of channels, assets and activities required to engage such segment and grow, accelerate, and close pipeline. Maintain calendar of activities, and co-ordinate deliverables and resources needed to execute against plan.
  • Data: Develop and implement data strategies for effective targeting.
  • Events: Organize and execute high-impact, customer-focused events to build engagement including webinars, executive and industry round tables, conferences etc.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with SDRs, Account Executives, Regional Directors, Partner Managers, and other functions within Marketing to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Metrics for success: Ensure each campaign has clear metrics and monitor ROI / results on an ongoing basis. Analyze and report on the impact of marketing programs, evaluate KPIs and optimize the programs based on insights and key learnings to drive continuous improvement.

  • Project Management: Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills to manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical Approach: Skilled at leveraging data and analytics to make strategic decisions and evaluate marketing performance.
  • Tech Savviness: Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required for events and customer engagements.
