About the role:
In this role, you’ll be accountable for all our field and marketing efforts on the West Coast, working closely with sales & channel teams as well as your fellow marketing peers. You will create and manage lead generation programs to meet pipeline development needs including hosting virtual and in-person events, building direct mail programs, and various other marketing tactics to support the field sales organization.
This role requires strong collaboration, resourcefulness, and the ability to deliver results through cross-functional alignment and communication.
Roles and responsibilities:
Manage regional field events/ programs (seminars, tradeshows, conferences, association participation, etc.) from initial planning to final execution including contracts, logistics, developing promotional communications to drive attendance, virtual or on-site execution and follow up/ tracking
Collaborating with internal teams on post event follow up and measure ROI on events
Work with channel partners and service providers on producing joint marketing activities to create awareness and demand in their respective markets
Manage all aspects of the regional marketing budget, purchasing, payments, and provisioning
Manage regional swag needs and their creation, distribution, and targeting as part of the regional marketing strategy
Identify tactics/ assets that are most impactful for the acceleration of pipeline
Analyze results and identify opportunities for improving performance
Identify industry events in the region and potential call for presentation opportunities
Align field marketing events with core demand generation programs to ensure the generation of marketing qualified leads through integrated, multi-touch programs
Requirements:
4-5 years of field marketing experience in multiple marketing disciplines, including customer-facing events, digital and email campaigns
Previous experience in a B2B SaaS/ tech company
Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable in a range of environments from a C-level executive dinner to chatting with practitioners at conferences
Ability to coordinate, manage, and execute multiple marketing campaigns concurrently
High executional skills and the ability to quickly pivot projects as needs change
Successful working in a high-pressure environment and actively seek candid feedback from relevant stakeholders, including leadership and cross functional teams
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot and ZoomInfo with the ability to learn new software quickly
Cyber Security experience - advantage
Some travel required (2-3 times a quarter)
