About the Role

As a key member of the Field Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing field marketing programs and events to drive pipeline and awareness.

You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine Ramp’s field strategy for 1:few bespoke events focused on accelerating pipeline (i.e. executive dinners, hospitality, roundtables and regional roadshows). Responsibilities include building a strategy, planning, logistics, sales enablement, event productions, and budget management.

This high-impact role requires data-driven thinking, hands-on project management, and collaboration across functions to drive Ramp's growth.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute Ramp’s field marketing strategy to drive net-new sales leads, accelerate existing opportunities and deepen our customer relationships.

  • Manage end-to-end field marketing programs and events, from ideation, audience targeting, sales enablement, technical production, and post-event analysis and pipeline tracking.

  • Partner with the Sales team and other key stakeholders to align event goals, audience targeting and post-event learnings.

  • Own lead generation and pipeline targets for your territory.

  • Deliver data reporting and post-event learnings to the Sales, Growth, and Leadership teams to increase awareness and impact of the program.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and test messaging, promotion, deliverables, and tactics that align with program goals.

What You Need
  • 3+ years experience in accelerating sales pipeline through events or programs for tech or SaaS organizations.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ability to own and build a territory plan based on company objectives / revenue goals

  • Business acumen with a focus on quantitative goals and reporting.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt in rapidly changing environments.

  • Ability to make decisions and recommendations in ambiguous situations.
