The Field Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing programs to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and analyze performance against KPIs.

Responsibilities -
- Build awareness of Level AI by developing, executing, measuring, and scaling marketing programs and campaigns.
- Support top of funnel growth and pipeline generation through sponsorships, trade shows, speaking engagements, and bespoke events.
- Manage webinars and other digital campaigns to deliver leads and accelerate sales pipeline.
- Oversee customer marketing initiatives to build brand recognition and strengthen our community
- Report and analyze on performance and KPIs to ensure field marketing initiatives are reaching revenue targets
Qualifications -
- 3+ years of hands-on field marketing experience in a B2B market (in an early-stage startup environment preferred)
- Have previously created and executed on long and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Can speak to performance against owning a pipeline number Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Proficient with marketing automation solutions (ideally HubSpot)
- You are not afraid to make mistakes and share your learnings with others
