We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Field Marketing Manager to help grow Justworks’ presence in the Dallas market. This role is ideal for someone with early field or event marketing experience who is ready to take ownership of regional programs and collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Growth Marketing to support pipeline goals.
You bring strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and an eagerness to roll up your sleeves and make an impact in the local small business ecosystem.
Your Success ProfileIn this role, you will:
- Support regional pipeline goals by helping execute and optimize localized field marketing programs.
- Strengthen the Justworks brand in Dallas through thoughtful event execution, partner activations, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to ensure strong alignment and follow-through on local opportunities.
- Learn and apply best practices from our national field marketing playbook while bringing local creativity to the table.
Event Execution & Program Support
- Plan and execute localized events such as workshops, happy hours, and community activations in partnership with the Field Marketing team.
- Manage logistics, vendor coordination, promotional materials, and onsite execution to ensure exceptional experiences.
- Partner with the Sales team to align field efforts with regional priorities and prospects.
Community & Partner Engagement
- Build relationships with key small business organizations, coworking spaces, and ecosystem partners in Dallas.
- Support co-marketing activations with brokers, accountants, and VC-backed networks relevant to our core customers.
- Identify and support opportunities to integrate customers into our regional presence (e.g., as speakers, vendors, or hosts).
Marketing & Sales Alignment
- Coordinate with Sales and Partnerships to ensure strong communication and follow-up for leads generated through field activity.
- Enable Sales with event toolkits, timelines, and pre-event lists to drive attendance and engagement.
- Participate in regional GTM meetings and serve as a connector between marketing and the field.
Performance & Optimization
- Track event performance, lead capture, and post-event engagement with support from Marketing Ops.
- Share learnings and help improve field processes through feedback loops and internal documentation.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or customer/community engagement (B2B preferred).
- Strong event planning and execution experience, with expertise in vendor management, logistics, and budget ownership.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills—ability to work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence to lead local events and executive roundtables.
- Ability to analyze data, report on ROI, and optimize field marketing efforts based on performance insights
- Familiarity with the Dallas small business and startup ecosystem is a major plus.
- Own Your Market – Help grow Justworks’ footprint in Dallas and shape how we show up in-market.
- Develop as a Marketer – Learn from a national Field Marketing team and grow your skills in brand, events, and pipeline strategy.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Growth Marketing to make a measurable impact.
- Build Community – Be the face of the brand in Dallas—creating authentic experiences that resonate with customers, prospects, and partners.
The base wage range for this position is targeted at $113,500 - $124,850 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
