Runpod is seeking its first dedicated Events Marketing Lead to serve as the architect of our physical and virtual presence. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role critical to scaling our brand awareness and generating high-intent pipeline.
You will own the strategy and execution of "all things events," from major global conferences and intimate field marketing dinners to high-impact technical webinars. You are not just a logistics manager; you are a strategic marketer responsible for designing experiences that capture the imagination of the developer community and route leads with efficiency and precision.
Your success will be measured by the operational efficiency you bring to event planning, the quality of attendee experiences, and your ability to rapidly stand up and measure the ROI of complex event campaigns.
Team Details:

- Our team operates at the intersection of developer community building, high-leverage content creation, and data-driven growth strategies.
- We prioritize speed, experimentation, and measurable outcomes. We are builders who believe that the best marketing for a technical product is often technical itself.

This role offers a unique opportunity to define and build an Events function from the ground up within one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies globally.
