Do you enjoy travel and working in a dynamic Engineering and Avionics environment providing comprehensive RF Electronic Warfare (EW) Field Engineering Sustainment at the New Hampshire OEM Depot supporting field repairs, new equipment testing and travel to the field locations to support and provide vacation relief at CONUS and OCONUS locations as required.
The inspired and successful Field Engineering 2 candidate will be immersed in RFEW Systems providing comprehensive U2 Electronic Warfare (EW) Field Engineering Services primarily at the NH Depot and support other TDY worldwide locations for periods of approximately 2-4 weeks in duration. Working closely with customers, and communicating with program management, site lead and team members to ensure the technical aspects are tested/fielded. Provide onsite technical services for both depot and back shop maintenance and test of EW equipment and associated hardware for all Program RFEW systems; perform engineering tasks associated with EW mission support to include EW aircraft troubleshooting, equipment supportability; Analyze software, hardware, and system problems and provide problem resolution to include testing and analyzing. Support additional U2 Program requirements as directed by the Program Manager.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Full-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Must possess an Active/Current Secret Security Clearance
- Must possess a US Passport or be qualified to obtain passport.
- Must be available for Flexible Travel Schedule <25%.CONUS/OCONUS is required to support program requirements.
- 2+ years RF EW troubleshooting ability and experience.
- Proficient using electronics laboratory test equipment (O'Scope, Analyzer, etc) associated with EW fault diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair.
- Must be able to read/understand aircraft wiring diagrams, technical manuals, schematics and follow automated test equipment lab procedures.
