- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience of working in a SLT organization, either withing SAP or a SNP competitor.
- Minimum 5 full-cycle ERP transformation projects
- Must have extensive hands-on experience in project methodologies & implementation.
- Must have cross functional experience in SAP ERP specifically in process and discrete manufacturing industries, including integration with Sales Operations, Finance and Supply Chain.
- Must have experience in managing 3rd-party consultants across multiple sites & countries on an operational level.
- Must have extensive hands-on experience in project methodologies & implementation.
- Must be willing and capable of learning new skills, technology and knowledge related to job functions.
- This position requires prior experience in operating in complex global IT organizational structures.
- Participated in multiple multinational/multicultural SAP projects in various industries and have fulfilled different roles through years of experience with hands-on definition/mapping (including country specifics), systems configuration, data migration, organizational change management, project methodology compliance, integration work plan development, team/project leadership and formation.
- Prior team building and management experience highly desirable.
- Business proficient and fluent in German and English, is preferred.
