Employment Type: Full-Time (Contingent upon contract award)
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Developer to join our Federal practice. In this role, you will design and build secure, scalable integrations connecting Salesforce with external enterprise databases, legacy systems, and public sector applications. You will serve as the technical core for multi-system data flow—connecting Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and Experience Cloud to create a seamless, efficient digital ecosystem for constituent services and agency operations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Public Sector Solutions (PSS): Develop custom business logic within PSS to support government-specific workflows, including licensing, permitting, inspections, and case management.
- Salesforce: Build necessary Apex utility classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) tailored specifically for data transformations, custom API handlers, and portal interfaces.
- Constituent Portal Integration: Build and support secure data flows between backend government systems and Experience Cloud constituent portals.
- Legacy Modernization: Analyze legacy government information systems to identify architectural bottlenecks and implement modern, API-led migration paths.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce FedRAMP compliance, NIST standards, and strict PII/PHI safeguards for all data in transit and at rest.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner with solution architects, project leads, and federal stakeholders to translate technical requirements into clean, scalable deliverables within an Agile environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, or MuleSoft (Mule 4).
- Development: 3+ years of hands-on Apex and LWC development in complex, enterprise-scale orgs.
- Salesforce Products: Proven experience with Experience Cloud; hands-on familiarity with the Public Sector Solutions (PSS) data model.
- Methodology: Practical expertise working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- Clearance & Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust or Secret clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Certifications:
