Navigate multiple federal domains (DoD, Civilian, and Allied Military) to uncover and pursue mission-aligned opportunities and qualify new business opportunities

You Will
- Provide Dell 5G Product technical expertise to sales teams in selecting and implementing P5G solutions
- Proactively hunt for new federal 5G opportunities and engage with product teams to assess fit and roadmap alignment
- Qualify opportunities and lead initial technical engagements across DoD and Civilian agencies, aligning with sales leads to build pursuit strategies
- Prepare detailed solution proposals and lead technical responses to RFIs/RFPs
- Deliver presentations and workshops to showcase solution capabilities to federal stakeholders
- Scope projects and coordinate internal specialists across engineering, product, and sales
- Assist sellers in creating demand and shaping opportunities through technical engagement
- Prepare technical quotes including ROM/BOM and pricing, with a deep understanding of network scalability, coverage, and deployment options
Essential Requirements
- 8+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or federal systems engineering
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional engagements and influence strategic outcomes
- Deep understanding of federal IT environments, compliance frameworks, and acquisition processes
- Strong knowledge of telecom networks (RAN, edge, transport, core) and orchestration platforms
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to connect technology with mission impact
 
Desirable Requirements
- Experience supporting DoD, Civilian, or Intelligence Community programs
- Familiarity with Dell infrastructure and platforms (e.g., PowerEdge, VxRail, ECS)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $249,050 - $293,300, which includes base salary and commissions.
