Job Summary:

AXS is seeking a product education Intern for the fall. In this role, you’ll help improve the learning experience for internal teams and B2B clients by supporting content creation, training coordination, and research into adult learning best practices. You’ll assist with drafting and uploading training materials, organizing content in our LMS, and gathering feedback to ensure clarity and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, editing, and updating knowledge base articles and training materials.
  • Format, organize, and upload learning content into our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Conduct research on adult learning trends, instructional design best practices, and peer communities.
  • Support the planning and coordination of internal and external training events.
  • Collect and summarize learner feedback; perform quality assurance checks to ensure content clarity and accuracy.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and help maintain organized training content libraries.

Qualifications

  • Must be currently pursuing a degree in Education, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and dependable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week during the fall.

Location:

  • Los Angeles, California (On-site)

Pay Scale: $19.00 - $21.00

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
