Geo Expansion Co-op
Needham, MA
SharkNinja is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op to join our Geo Expansion Team for a period of six months, from July 2025 to December 2025. This role will report to the Manager of Geo Expansion, EMEA. As a valuable member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our product roadmap planning and commercialization readiness to enable our GTM strategy across EMEA and LATAM markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of international floorcare, small kitchen appliances, and beauty categories along with an understanding of the target consumer in each LATAM and EMEA country; this will allow the Co-op a better understanding of our position in each Global market as well as how to best support our distributors in their growth efforts
  • Collaborate with internal Product Development, Brand, and Creative teams to streamline process for sharing marketing and commercialization assets with our international Distributors
  • Support creation of unique products for LATAM and EMEAD markets, working cross-functionally to support localization of product, packaging, and marketing assets
  • Develop collaborative relationships with international distributors to help grow our brands globally
  • Develop and implement process for ordering and tracking product samples to ship to our partners within Geo Expansion regions
  • Perform analyses on competition in key LATAM and EMEA markets and present back to team on findings
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required by leadership


Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a relevant Bachelors or Masters program with a focus on International Business, Sales, or Marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Fluency in Arabic, Hebrew, Spanish, and/or Portuguese is a plus, but not required
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hybrid role- 2-3 days/week in office expected
