As a Spectrum Store facilitator, you will be part of a dynamic team that trains all of our new hire employees on how to build trust and effectively connect with all of our customers in order to understand how to provide them with the best Spectrum products and services that meet their needs. As a Stores Facilitator II, you'll facilitate virtual classroom learning for our Spectrum Store Specialists & Store Managers through a variety of delivery methods. It's a career that develops as you do, with opportunities to grow.

    • Helping our frontline employees learn how to provide an exceptional customer experience.
    • Developing the product knowledge and sales strategies for our new hire's success.
    • Coaching and developing sales reps to reach and exceed sales goals.
    • Conducting monthly store site visits to connect with frontline employees and understand how to enhance our curriculum to support their interactions.
    • Pursuing development opportunities to obtain additional expertise and strengthen core skills, building and improving job-related knowledge and leadership skills.
    • Effectively leading a dynamic and inclusive virtual and in-person classroom environment that includes facilitating interactive learning activities.


    You'll act as a Subject Matter Expert, participate in task forces, committees, and work one-on-one with learners to identify areas of strength and opportunity. If you're up to the challenge, you'll find a rewarding career as a Facilitator II.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Training delivery experience at professional level or equivalent 3+ years. Experience or equivalent in the functional area and or business unit 3+ years
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and/or work experience
  • Technical skills: Can effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Solid knowledge of different learning approaches
  • Skills: Critical thinking and analytical skills. Presentation skills to individuals, online and in person. Advanced skills relating to the functional area and or business unit
  • Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Can prioritize and organize effectively. Can communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner. Can communicate with all levels of management and company personnel. Can with the public in a professional manner
  • Travel Ability: Office environment.
