The External MRO Enablement Leader will lead the teams who are responsible to train external MROs to enable them to perform shop visits to support their own fleets, to support their 3rd party aspirations, and to support offloaded GE contracted shop visits. The role will also help shape our strategy with regards to offloads and will help us standardize and optimize our contract structures with offloads.Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead team of global MRO enablement project leaders/consultant who will train external MROs on a wide range of MRO activities from setting up new shops to training for specific disassembly, clean and inspection, repair, reassembly and test capabilities associated with commercial jet engine overhaul activities.
- Collaborate with the product line teams to understand the current landscape of offload partners and commitments, and strategically where we want to take those relationships and volumes over time.
- Evaluate our offload contractual landscape, evaluating best practices for T&Cs including incentives for good performance, and penalties for poor performance. Restructure poor contracts to align to standards.
- Contract with new offload partners when needed
- Collaborate with the commercial teams on new campaigns that might involve either new support consulting agreements or offloads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, contracting best practices, and to ensure contracts can be fulfilled by capable MROs with good quality, TAT and cost.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, operations, supply chain, or economics from an accredited college or university
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a strategy, program or project leadership role

The base pay range for this position is $190,000.00-$250,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 05/13/2026.
