About the Role:

This role is a 6 month temporary position.

We’re building a category-defining company at the intersection of healthcare and consumer experience and behind every smooth delivery, safe prescription, and seamless pharmacy operation is a team of professionals that make it happen. As our Corporate Operations Recruiter, you’ll be the strategic partner responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring the talent that keeps our pharmacy and fulfillment engines running from supply chain analysts and program managers to environmental health & safety, facilities, procurement, and everything in between.

You’ll be part of a team that doesn’t just fill roles, we build talent pipelines, unlock capability at scale, and shape the workforce of the future. You’ll also operate with urgency, creativity, and a data-driven mindset to ensure we hit our aggressive hiring goals without sacrificing quality.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building from the ground up, and believe recruiting is a strategic lever, this is YOUR role.

Why This Role Matters

Pharmacy and Fulfillment are core to our mission, and talent is the heartbeat of both. In this role, you won’t just be filling jobs, you’ll be shaping the foundation of how we hire at scale, improve lives, and deliver exceptional care and experience for our customers.

You Will:
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse slate of professional roles that directly and indirectly support our pharmacy and fulfillment operations (e.g. Supply Chain, Program Management, EHS, Quality, Procurement, Continuous Improvement, and Facilities)

  • Build deep partnerships with business leaders to understand evolving team needs, workforce structure, and role requirements — and translate that into effective search strategies

  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-impact talent across the country

  • Screen and assess candidates for both technical skills and team alignment, presenting thoughtful, curated slates

  • Push the pace — reduce time-to-fill without compromising quality or experience

  • Champion a high-touch candidate experience that reflects our values and mission

  • Maintain data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and process consistency in our ATS

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally supporting operations, supply chain, or professional roles within a high-growth or high-output business (Pharmacy, Manufacturing, Operations experience preferred)

  • A builder’s mindset. You don’t just wait for roles to open; you get ahead of the need

  • Strong business acumen and curiosity to understand how the work of a role connects to company outcomes

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong sourcing chops, a strategic lens, and the courage to challenge when needed

  • Bias for action - you move fast and thoughtfully, and you bring others with you

  • Data-literate, you don’t just track numbers, you act on them

  • Experience negotiating and closing complex compensation packages

  • Comfortable in dynamic,  scaling environments,  you’re not thrown off by change, you lead through it.

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
