OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Senior Director of Experiential and Partnerships, the ideal candidate is a passionate, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong background in event production, and excels at turning strategic visions into best-in-class experiences from concept to conception.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

Experiential Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with the Senior Director of Experiential and Partnerships to execute a comprehensive experiential marketing calendar that aligns with brand initiatives.
  • Own end-to-end event production, ensuring flawless execution across ideation, logistics, and on-site activation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Influencer, PR, Social, Hospitality, Retail, and Digital teams to create immersive, 360-degree brand experiences.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that align with brand goals and create added value for event executions.

Event Production & Logistics

  • Work alongside the Senior Director to oversee all aspects of event production, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, venue coordination, run-of-show development, and on-site execution.
  • Maintain oversight of budgets, timelines, and production schedules, optimizing resources for efficiency and impact.
  • Manage event logistics such as timelines, ROS, budgets, product sample orders, and experiential touchpoints while ensuring cost-saving measures.
  • Develop and execute contingency plans to troubleshoot and problem-solve in real-time during activations.
  • Negotiate contracts and deliverables to maximize value for experiential activations

. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Work alongside the Senior Director to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of experiential marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the organization of post-event recaps with data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop reports on event impact, engagement, and ROI to inform future strategies.

Innovation & Industry Awareness

  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and experiential marketing innovations to bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the team.
  • Research and analyze competitor activations, identifying opportunities for differentiation and brand elevation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of manager experience in experiential marketing, event production, and project management.
  • Proven ability to execute large-scale, high-touch experiential activations from concept to completion.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across departments, including PR, Influencer, Creative, and Social teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Pitch, and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Ability to travel as needed, including weekends, for event execution and on-site coordination.

The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
