OVERVIEW

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Experiential and Partnerships, the ideal candidate is a dynamic and experienced individual, responsible for collaborating in the planning and execution of best-in-class experiential marketing partnerships and events.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Experiential Calendaring and Management:
    • Work in alignment with the Senior Director of Experiential and Partnerships to ensure end-to-end management of all experiential marketing projects, including ideation, planning, execution, and post-event recaps. 
    • Communicate effectively, collaborating with the broader marketing team (ex, Influencer, Hospitality, PR) to develop strategic experiential marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and 360 brand strategies.
  • Event Logistics:
    • Work alongside the Senior Director to oversee all logistical aspects of experiential marketing events; including partners, venues, production, vendors, and on-site coordination to ensure flawless execution.
    • Assist to organize all aspects of experiential activations, including ROS, sample orders, and partnerships, while ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost saving measures are met.
  • Partnership Management:
    • Work closely with the Senior Director of Experiential and Partnerships to identify, negotiate, and manage partnership relationships with relevant stakeholders, vendors, and sponsors to enhance the success of experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Project Performance & Reporting:
    • Collaborate to define and report upon key performance indicators (KPIs) for experiential marketing campaigns and events.
    • Conduct thorough post-event recaps to measure success and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Innovation and Creativity:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, and inspiring experiential marketing moments to continuously innovate and enhance the effectiveness of our projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, production, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale experiential marketing events and activations
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver best in class results within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering innovative and memorable brand experiences.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva or Pitch, and project management tools.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed, including weekends, for event production, management and on-site coordination needs.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
